These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and any services provided by Simply Solid Sites.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Service scope
Simply Solid Sites provides professionally managed website services, including:
- website design and development
- hosting configuration
- domain and DNS setup
- website maintenance
- uptime monitoring
- security management
- performance optimisation
- content update support within agreed service scope
Services are delivered according to written proposal, quotation, or agreed scope.
Website build fee
A standard website build is currently offered at:
$2,500 upfront
This covers initial design, development, setup, and launch within agreed scope.
Additional work outside agreed scope may incur separate fees.
Monthly care plan
All websites require an ongoing care plan at:
$150 per month
The care plan includes managed website infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, backups, and agreed support services.
Payment terms
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
If invoices remain unpaid, services may be suspended until payment is received.
Domain and email services
Domain registration, business email services, and third-party subscriptions may be arranged as part of project setup.
Where these are initially arranged by Simply Solid Sites, ownership is transferred so that the domain and business email remain in the client's business name.
Ongoing third-party subscription costs may be billed separately where applicable.
Ownership and intellectual property
Upon full payment of agreed project fees:
- the client retains ownership of their domain name
- the client retains ownership of their business email environment
- the client receives rights to approved website content provided by them
Underlying technical systems, templates, reusable components, and deployment methods remain the intellectual property of Simply Solid Sites unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party platforms
Services may rely on third-party providers including:
- Cloudflare
- Microsoft
- Resend
Availability of these services is outside our direct control.
Simply Solid Sites is not liable for outages or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
Service limitations
Monthly care plans include routine maintenance and agreed support only.
They do not automatically include:
- full redesigns
- major feature additions
- extensive new content creation
- SEO campaigns
- marketing services
Additional work may be quoted separately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Simply Solid Sites excludes liability for indirect loss, business interruption, or loss arising from third-party systems, client delays, or external platform failures.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
